I have returned to app after an absence. Can’t recall if I have an account. Tried to reset password but was unsuccessful. Tried to open an account and a strong password was generated. Did not work only produced wording in red above login box that was meaningless to me.
Would appreciate your assistance as I want to upgrade to 3D etc and save some drawing to cloud.

I am having the exact same problem and here it is mid February. Have you received any assistance?
